In 2007, Wu Rong-Huei graduated from the Institute of Athletics and Coaching Science at the
National Taiwan Sports University. He has actively promoted and taught Tai Chi Chuan locally,
internationally and academically since 2000.
In a span of 12 years, 1989-2000, Wu RH won more than 20 championships
in the following Tai Chi pushing hands competitions, all in the 60-65kg division
except in 1999. In that year, he voluntarily signed up for division 7, 75-80kg,
competing with people 4 divisions heavier than him.
Methods for relaxation include
(1) Yang Cheng-Fu’s Ten TCC Essentials,
(2) Cheng Man-Ching’s beautiful lady’s hand (BLH),
no arms in Tai Chi (NAIT), and to gain, one must first lose
(invest in loss, losing to gain), and
(3) Soong JJ’s set that includes original body position (OBP), original space position (OSP), and others.
Dr. JEN-KUN LIN
Dr. Lin had taught at National Taiwan Sport University.
He enhanced to execute Adapted Physical Education for people with
visual impairment and to teach Qigong Daoyin for Emotional disorder,
and to teach meditation – a mind and body exercise for Elderly.
These exercises were much appreciated.
